Cheese of pressed mass made from organic raw goat’s milk, vegetable rennet and enzymatic clotting.
Sujaira Organic Goat Cheese is ripened for a minimum of 3 months. The texture is firm and buttery and the flavor is very pleasant, slightly sour due to the vegetable rennet.
It is ideal as part of a cheese board or just on its own. It pairs good with red wine.
